Getting Started with RecruiteAI

What is RecruiteAI?
RecruiteAI is an AI-powered video interview platform designed to help businesses automate and streamline their hiring process. Our technology evaluates candidate responses, analyzes behavior, and provides actionable insights to enhance hiring decisions.
How to Sign Up?
  • Go to the RecruiteAI Signup Page (Insert the actual signup link).
  • Choose a plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
  • Enter your company and payment details to complete the signup.
  • You will receive your RecruiteAI login credentials upon successful registration.
  • Add a job and candidate profile in RecruiteAI and create a candidate interview request.
  • The candidate will receive an invite and can start the interview by clicking the link.
  • RecruiteAI’s AI avatar will conduct the interview based on the selected interview plan.
  • You can track interview progress and view reports in near real-time.
System Requirements for Candidates
To ensure a smooth interview experience, candidates should have:
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
  • A laptop or desktop with a webcam and microphone
  • The latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, or Edge
  • For mobile users, iOS 14+ or Android 10+ is recommended

Creating & Managing Interviews

How to Create an AI Video Interview?
  • Log in to your RecruiteAI dashboard.
  • Click on “Create Interview”.
  • Select the job role and candidate, then choose from pre-built interview plans.
  • The interview questions are generated using AI, based on the interview type, candidate profile, and job requirements.
  • Click “Save”. An interview link will be emailed to the candidate.
How to Invite Candidates to a Job?
  • Go to the “Jobs” section and create a new job posting.
  • Click “Share Job Link” from the Job Search screen for the created job.
  • Select the Interview Plan, Avatar, and set the maximum number of candidates allowed to apply. Click “Save”.
  • You will receive a Job link that can be shared with candidates, posted on your website, or used for applications.
  • Candidates who apply through this link will automatically receive an interview link.
How Does AI Evaluate Responses?
RecruiteAI’s AI technology evaluates candidates based on:
  • Response Evaluation – Analyzes candidate answers and assigns an AI score.
  • Speech & Clarity – Identifies how well candidates articulate their responses.
  • Sentiment & Tone – Detects facial emotions and confidence levels.
  • Behavioral Cues – Analyzes facial expressions and engagement.
  • Keyword Relevance – Matches responses to job requirements.

Reviewing Candidate Responses

How to View and Analyze Candidate Interviews?
  • Navigate to “Interview Reports” in your dashboard.
  • Click the Report icon next to a candidate’s name to view their complete report, including interview responses, AI analysis, and recorded video.
  • Review the AI-generated score and insights for better hiring decisions.
Can I Share Candidate Interviews with My Team or Client Managers?
Yes! To share an interview:
  • Click “Share Interview” on the candidate’s Interview Report.
  • Enter your colleague’s or hiring manager’s email address.
  • The recipient will receive an email with a secure link and password.
  • The shared interview can be accessed without logging in using the provided password.

Does RecruiteAI Integrate with My ATS?
Yes! We support integrations with popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including:

How to Upgrade My Plan?
  • Click on your profile picture (top right corner) and select “My Subscription”.
  • Choose the subscription plan you want to upgrade to.
  • Click “Continue Plan”, then confirm the upgrade on the next screen.
  • Your new subscription plan will be activated immediately.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
  • Click on your profile picture (top right corner) and select “My Subscription”.
  • Click “Cancel Plan”.
  • Confirm cancellation.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle.

Common Issues & Solutions

Candidates Can’t Access the Interview Link
  • Ask them to clear their browser cache or use Incognito Mode.
  • Check if the link has expired.
  • Ensure their firewall or VPN isn’t blocking access.
Audio or Video Not Working
  • Ensure camera & microphone permissions are enabled.
  • Try refreshing the page or restarting the browser.
  • If using Safari, enable “Allow Camera & Microphone” in settings.
AI Scores Aren’t Displaying
  • AI analysis typically takes 1-2 minutes to complete.
  • Refresh the page and check again.
