Employers using RecruiteAI act as Data Controllers for candidate personal data.
RecruiteAI acts as a Data Processor processing candidate data strictly on the employer’s documented instructions.
RecruiteAI may act as an independent Data Controller for limited operational data such as platform security, billing, fraud prevention, and service analytics.
