Welcome to RecruiteAI, an AI-powered video interviewing platform from Bitsoft International, Inc., that enables companies to streamline candidate assessments using intelligent video interviews and behavioral analysis tools.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the RecruiteAI web application (“Service”, “Platform”) operated by Bitsoft International, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.

2. Account Registration

  • To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or breach.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Service may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, and custom enterprise plans.
  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and access limitations are described on our pricing page or agreed upon contractually.
  • All payments are processed through third-party services like Stripe or Chargebee.
  • You agree to keep valid payment information on file and authorize us to charge applicable fees.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partial periods.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or plans with prior notice.

5. AI and Interview Features

  • The platform uses AI to analyze candidate responses, generate follow-up questions, and provide behavioral feedback.
  • AI insights are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
  • You acknowledge that AI results may vary and may not be free of bias or error.

6. Candidate Data & Recordings

  • All interview responses, videos, and analytics are stored securely and are accessible only by authorized users.
  • Users are responsible for obtaining all required consents from candidates to record, process, and analyze their interviews.
  • You may delete candidate data from your dashboard; however, logs and backups may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security & Privacy

  • We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and others, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws when using our Service.
  • We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or discriminatory purposes.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful content.
  • Access or reverse-engineer our platform in an unauthorized manner.
  • Interfere with other users’ access or operations.

Violation of this policy may lead to account termination and legal actions permissible by law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, software, trademarks, and branding on the platform are the exclusive property of Bitsoft International, Inc or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Azure, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Tidio, ZenDesk, WordPress, Bluehost, AWS, Salesforce etc.). We are not responsible for any content, services, or performance issues related to those providers.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any or no reasons including if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You fail to pay fees.
  • Your actions create risk for the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any remaining data may be deleted at our discretion.

12. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
  • We are not liable for decisions made using AI recommendations or analytics.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or on the platform.
